Wyndham Garden Hotel Austin – Hotel near airport in Austin

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms, in the main building, were comfortable with a kitchenette, but the shower temperature was an issue. The service was friendly but had some mishaps with our credit card. The location was not very central but easy to reach by car. The dining options were good but some dishes were lukewarm.

The hotel is situated just outside the center at South Austin, making it an ideal spot to reach Circuit of the Americas. The rooms are clean and roomy, but lacking ventilation for fresh air. The staff is polite and courteous, though they could benefit from a refresher course on customer service. The location is excellent, away from the hustle of downtown Austin but still convenient to reach. Dining options are fantastic with a nice variety of food, including gluten-free dishes. The facilities are well-maintained and provide a pleasant stay.

My stay at the hotel in Austin was fantastic! The room was great at the price point I expected and also very quiet, allowing for a good night's sleep. The service was top-notch, with friendly staff who assisted me with anything I needed. The location was ideal, close to everything in downtown Austin.
